work-life balance is definitely the watchword of the 21st Century (at least so far). It 'started in the '90s, when leaving the rate of stress at work almost out of control and bad (stress) is negative growth started the final result. Forgive my cynicism, but it is not surprising, as the business world to notice things that impact the bottom line starts from the most? And so, from the world of FC has been a wonderful day of "work-life balance."
The purpose of this day is to describe theState of perfection can be achieved on your own (life) may have set must be in balance with your company (work) needs. Easy, right?
So this means that you spend your time in an equal number of each (because sleep is optional in so many lives today, I'm not sure how to calculate the balance on time)? Or you want to put so much effort at all (and how stress is measured in each case)? Or maybe it's a matter of determining the level of satisfactionCustomers receive from time spent in each sector (as is your family happy, how happy is your boss)?
I'm not sure that all these measures provide precise information about how your life is balanced. At the end is like a personal problem, I do not think a one-size-fits-all formula is there. But I believe that no matter how sticky the term, the work-life balance is an essential component for mental health, emotional, mental and physical development of all participantstoday's workplace.
I hate the term. I think there should be only "life balance". The work should only be a part of life - and the balance between work time and other time is a very personal decision. But I can not see the advantage of separating the two parts of our lives by some totally arbitrary and artificial separation. In fact, if we behaved the same way to work, as we do in all other areas of our lives, then our job would be much happier and healthier places. Coexist
Try to apply a sort of emotional intelligence to your working life, and treat you to employees, managers and customers with respect, empathy and care that every human being deserves. Do this for a week or two and see what a difference it makes to your working relationships. You'll be amazed!
